PARALYMPIC ATHLETE

Daniel Greaves is a discus thrower and the first British track and field athlete to win medals at six consecutive Paralympic Games. Dan uses the Fusion facilities to support his training.

GRACE WHITE

RUGBY PLAYER & GYM INSTRUCTOR

Grace White has been playing rugby since she was 13 years old and plays with the Bristol Bears Rugby club. Grace also works at Fusion Leisure Centres as a gym instructor and is passionate about encouraging other women into sport.

CLAIRE SPURWAY

GB SPRINTING CHAMPION

Claire Spurway who joined the scheme in 2014 specialises in sprinting and athletics. She is currently GB champion. After an injury earlier in the year, Claire has been making use of all the facilities at her centre, especially the pool and the gym, to aid her recovery and maintain fitness.

EDDIE MORRIS

ENGLAND LAWN BOWLS PLAYER

Eddie Morris is a Fusion Sporting Academy member who plays Lawn Bowls for England at national and international level. He uses the facilities at Fusion to elevate his game.

TIA LEAVER

ASPIRING GB OLYMPIAD

Tia joined the scheme 3 years ago with the ambition to represent GB as an Olympiad. We are supporting Tia with her training to become a young world-class athlete.
